On Saturday night we caught up with some friends. We got home quiet late, but possum was fine, she did have a few mini naps , but fell straight to bed when we got home, which worked perfectly for me, gave me a good 6-7 hours shut eye with no interruptions.
Melbourne gave us some beautiful weather over the long weekend. Here's little Miss's outfit as well as mine on Saturday night.
Little R's OOTD.
With that she wore Mary jane socks in peach, white bloomers which have lace frills on them, ( so cute, it was a gift from a friend) and her Laynie bug bow in white and headband in orange.
I'm wearing a blue top from a small clothing store near my house, leggings from Target and the lace cardigan from Dotti. Shoes are Novo, from a few season's ago, (I haven't worn them in awhile, but they're a perfect comfortable heal to be worn when holding Missy.)
Sunday we were at a wedding. It was a beautiful occasion ( I love weddings, and being apart of it) with great food, and some good old-school music. They had the same DJ we had at our reception, he is amazing and plays some great old R&B hits. Munchkin was pretty good for most of the night, and knowing our luck she started her little tantrum when the speeches were on. She was fine once we took her out to the foyer for a walk, she just wanted to be rocked to sleep, which she did and went down for a good 2 and a half hours.
Possum's OOTD.
This dress was a gift from family overseas, and fit her perfectly on the night, I doubt she will get any further wear out of it, as it fit her like it was made to order. It has cream silk lining, and one layer of tulle over it, and pearl beads across the waist. The sizing on it is 's'. With that she wore her Osh Kosh shoes size 1, white denier stockings from 'Bamboo children's wear' (I can't recall the size) and the headband is from Ebay.
It's been nearly a week since I've updated my blog, but expect to see more frequent blogs in the near future.
For now, xox.
Baby girl looks cute in her outfits. She poses well in photos :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Sashi, Yes she knows the camera well now, and gives me a cheeky smile now and then.
